HELP>Failed logging into the server (-1)

Good day all, im having problems when im trying to log in to my local server. im using SurgeNetwork database and client files that our friend @ Iamcoolz kindly share on his post. All ServerFiles are runing as administrador aswell with WinXp SP3 compatibility, in a Win7 VirtualBox Machine with 4 cores and 7 gb of ram.

Change LoginServer.ini in IP address 192.168.1.7 to 127.0.0.1 try it.

what else could i do?

There may be a mismatch between login server and exe.
